Recirculating Valve for Vauxhall Zafira VXR Gsi Astra Turbo - Black.
This listing is for a replacement boost recirculation dump valve for the K04 Turbocharger used on the very popular 2.0l Petrol Vauxhall engines (Z20LET, Z20LEH, Z20LER, Z20LEL, Y20LET, Z16LET).
The original Vauxhall valve is prone to failure and can often cause boost issues and also unusual turbo noises. This replacement is made from billet alloy and uses the piston type design to increase performance and reliability. All sealing faces are machined and fitted with heavy duty high temperature O rings for the perfect seal.
Our valve is supplied with uprated internals and balanced/preloaded to cater for both standard & remapped cars, so no requirements for various different springs or disassembly like most other valves, ours can be quickly installed and then simply left to do its job.
